2. microwave oven

Open the pouch and put in a microwave, heating in the microwave 

(700W 2m /1000W 1m 30s)

1. boiling water

Put in boiling water for about 5 minutes. (do not open the package to heat)

I didn’t put any ingredients other than pumpkin.

I only put in the pumpkin. Taste the sweetness of sweet pumpkin.

I added fragrant Korean ginseng. Soft Korean chicken breast was used. It was flavored with thick beef bone broth.
