Bungeoppang making set consisting of bungeoppang-shaped mix and red bean paste!
Make a sweet and cute golden bungeoppang using a fish-shaped direct-fired pan.
40 minutes

Components: 1 bag of mix, 1 bag of red bean paste
Preparation: 280 ml of water
20g melted butter (or cooking oil)
Tools: Mixing bowl, hand mixer (whisk), bungeoppang pan, silicone spatula
Spread melted butter or cooking oil evenly on the prepared pan
In a mixing bowl, a bag of mix,
Add water and mix well with a hand mixer (one tier) or a hand whisk.
Put the bungeoppang pan on fire, put the dough in, and put the whole red bean paste on top.
After filling the top of the paste, cover the pan and back and forth for 5 to 6 minutes
Turn over and bake.

Ensemble de Bungeoppang, composé d’un mélange en forme de Bungeoppang et de pâte de haricot rouge!
Faites un joli et doux pain doré à l’aide d’une poêle à feu direct en forme de poisson.
40 minutes.

Composants: 1 sachet de mélange, 1 sachet de pâte de haricot rouge
Préparation: 280 ml d’eau
20g de beurre fondu (ou huile de cuisson)
Outils : bol de mélange, mixeur à main (whisk), pan de bungeoppang, spatule en silicone
Étaler uniformément le beurre fondu ou l’huile de cuisson sur la poêle préparée.
Dans un bol, un sachet de mélange,
Ajouter de l’eau et bien mélanger à l’aide d’un mixeur à main (un seul niveau) ou d’un fouet à main.
Mettre la poêle à crêpes sur le feu, mettre la pâte dedans et mettre toute la pâte de haricots rouges sur le dessus.
Après avoir rempli le dessus de la pâte, couvrir la poêle et faire des allers-retours pendant 5 à 6 minutes.
Tournez-vous et faites cuire.
