Kim Ye-ji is a South Korean sport shooter who has gained recognition for her achievements in shooting sports, particularly in rifle events. Born on February 5, 1998, she has represented South Korea in various international competitions and has shown great promise in her discipline.

Starting at a young age, she quickly made her mark by competing at the 2010 World Junior Championships in Munich, Germany, where she earned a bronze medal in the individual event and a gold medal in the team event while still in high school. In 2018, at the age of 25, KimYeji married and began a new chapter in her life, pausing her shooting career temporarily to focus on her family and welcome her daughter. However, her love for shooting never waned, and in 2019, she made a powerful return to the sport.

Her perseverance paid off in 2024 when she set a new world record at the International Shooting Federation World Cup in Baku, Azerbaijan. Her cool-headed expression and calm demeanor during this competition brought her widespread recognition, establishing her as a formidable presence in the sport.
