Refund Policy

  • You have to apply for any requests (return, defective or wrong item, etc.)  by email within 7 working days of receiving the items. ([email protected])

  • Defective, Wrong items
    Upon customers request, Now in Seoul will investigate the cases and make replacement or refund


  • Unwanted items
    After return process and investigation, we refund the amount of the return product.
    Shipping fee is non-refundable and only the product price will be refunded.

    If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn’t packaged correctly, your refund may be deducted to cover the loss in the item’s value. 

Option1 : 
If you return an item using a paid method, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. 
In this case, we will send you FedEx return label.

Option2 :
If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier when you ship your return. 
Also you should notify  Now In Seoul of the return tracking number.

The items must arrive at Now In Seoul within 30 days from the date of request for refund.
If the products do not arrive within 30 days, refund will be rejected. 

  • It takes 7-15 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
    Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer’s billing schedule.
  • VAT and Import Taxes may have to be paid at the reception of the order.
    From July 1, 2021. VAT is charged on all commercial goods (E-commerce consignments) imported into the EU, regardless of value.

Therefore, the reimbursement of an order is not accepted by Now In Seoul if the client refuses to pay taxes of the order. 

  • Refund requests due to the rejection of import by the customs of importing countries cannot be accepted. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing an order.
