Refund Policy

• Refund requests due to the rejection of import by the customs of importing countries cannot be accepted. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing an order.

• You have to apply for any requests (return, defective or wrong item, etc.)  by email within 7 working days of receiving the items. ([email protected])
  Now In Seoul can ONLY exchange or accept returned item if defective or wrong items are sent. (ex. Dress you ordred does not fit can not be refunded or exchanged)

• Defective, Wrong items
  Upon customers request, Now in Seoul will investigate the cases and make replacement or refund
• Unwanted items
  After return process and investigation, we refund the amount of the return product.
  Shipping fee is non-refundable and only the product price will be refunded.If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return postage because it wasn’t packaged correctly, your refund may be deducted to cover the loss in the item’s value.- Option1 :
  If you return an item using a paid method, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
  In this case, we will send you FedEx return label.

  – Option2 :
  If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier when you ship your return.
  Also you should notify  Now In Seoul of the return tracking number.

  – The items must arrive at Now In Seoul within 14 days from the date of request for refund.
    If the products do not arrive within 14 days, refund will be rejected. 

***NOTICE***

• It takes 7-15 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
  Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer’s billing schedule.

• VAT and Import Taxes may have to be paid at the reception of the order. The reimburseent of an order is not accepted by Now In Seoul if the client refuses to pay taxes of the order.
  
  
• The standard voltage in Korea is 220V and the frequency is 60 Hz.  Please be sure about the voltage of the country where you will use electronic devices.
  If the voltage is different from Korea, we strongly recommend using an adapter.  Even though the plug fits, an adapter is necessary if the voltage or frequency is different.
  Damaged  products due to not using adapters cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Notice for EU Shipments

Starting from 1 July 2026, the EU’s de minimis exemption for low-value imports will be abolished.
As a result, all goods imported into the EU with a customs value of EUR 150 or less may be subject to an additional customs duty of EUR 3 for each line item.

Please note that even if EU VAT is prepaid at the time of purchase, you my still be required to pay these additional customs duties upon delivery of your order.
For any inquiries regarding the payment of customs duties, please contact FedEx directly, as the collection process is handled by the carrier.

Please also note that ordres retured due to refusal to pay customs duties or refusal to accept delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
