Refund requests due to the rejection of import by the customs of importing countries cannot be accepted. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing an order.

VAT and Import Taxes may have to be paid at the reception of the order. 

From July 1, 2021. VAT is charged on all commercial goods (E-commerce consignments) imported into the EU, regardless of value.
Therefore, the reimbursement of an order is not accepted by Now In Seoul if the client refuses to pay taxes of the order.
