How to make Greek yogurt

1. Put all homemade yogurt into the cheese fermentation container.

2. Flatten the yogurt.

3. After putting the container on top, pour cold water to the max.

4. Close the lid of the fermentation container and refrigerate for 24 hours to complete the cheese.

If you really want to make a thick Greek yogurt…

Store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours and let it age.

Store it in the refrigerator for 30 hours and let it age.

As the whey is removed, only healthy protein and beneficial lactobacillus remain, completing cream cheese-like thick Greek yogurt!!!

How to make ricotta cheese

1. Add 50ml of lemon juice and 900ml of white milk to the fermentation container and stir well.

2. Pour hot water into the line and close the lid.

3. Please wait for 6 hours for milk to coagulate and separate the oil.

4. Put all the solidified milk into the cheese fermentation container.

5. Add cold water to the max.

6. Close the lid of the fermentation container and refrigerate it for 6 hours to complete ricotta cheese.

precautions

1. When you make cheese, make it using homemade yogurt, not commercially available yogurt.

2. If it’s too heavy, the yogurt in the cheese can overflow, so be careful.

3. When you first use the product, wash it before using it.

4. Don’t put it next to the firearm and store it away from direct sunlight.

5. Be careful of the shock and don’t put the container in a microwave or hot air balloon.
