What is Kombucha? 

Kombucha is healthy fermented drink containing 12 types of beneficial lactic acid bacteria.

Kombucha is a drink made by extracting green tea or black tea.

It is made by fermenting teas such as black tea and green tea.

So the caffeine that tea leaves originally contain is also included in Kombucha.

However, one stick of Kombucha contains about 2.6mg caffeine, which is very low caffeine compared to soda or coffee. 

Also You don’t need to worry about calories 

One glass of Soda (250ml) = about 110kcal.

BUT, Kombucha is only 15 kcal!

How to drink Kombucha

Add 1 Kombucha stick to 250~500ml of cold or iced water, and shake or stir well!
